Returns & Cancellations
How to change, cancel, or return a Strike Shadow order. Because our bikes move through the warehouse quickly, timing matters — please read before you order.
In this policy, "bike" means any Strike Shadow electric bike or e-moto we sell.
We want you on the right bike and happy with it. If something needs to change, reach us as fast as possible — the sooner we hear from you, the more we can do.
01Changes to your order
Once an order is confirmed, we generally cannot change the items, the payment method, or the shipping or billing address. If something is wrong, contact us straight away (see cancellations below) rather than waiting.
02Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, subject to the terms below.
How to cancel
Email sales@strikeshadowebikes.com as soon as possible with your order number and "CANCEL" in the subject line.
Your cancellation isn't complete until you receive a confirmation from us. If you don't get written confirmation that the order was cancelled, treat the order as still active and subject to the return and restocking terms below.
Time-critical: Orders begin processing quickly. Sending an email does not by itself stop an order — we have to receive it and act within the cancellation window. Please email immediately after ordering if you need to cancel, and watch for our confirmation reply.
After 24 hours, or once it's shipped
If you need to cancel after the 24-hour window, contact us and we'll do what we can. For orders that have already shipped, we can attempt to recall the order, or you can refuse the shipment at delivery — but a 25% restocking fee applies, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
Accessories, parts & merchandise
These also have a 24-hour cancellation window. Because they ship fast, we generally can't cancel accessory, parts, or merchandise orders after 24 hours.
Pre-orders & back-orders
To cancel a pre-order or back-order, email us at sales@strikeshadowebikes.com and wait for written confirmation.
03Returns
If you return a bike by recalling it or refusing delivery, the same terms apply: a 25% restocking fee on the bike and non-refundable shipping. Bikes must be unused and in original, resalable condition with all packaging and included parts. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method once the bike is received and inspected.

Please note: This policy is provided for general information and isn't legal advice. [ IMPORTANT: The manufacturer (Throne / Strike Cycles) requires cancellations to be made by phone within 24 hours and does not accept email cancellations on their own orders. If you fulfill through the manufacturer, an email-only cancellation channel may not stop their processing in time. Confirm how cancellations actually work under your dealer/fulfillment agreement, consider listing a phone number as well, and have this policy reviewed by a qualified professional before publishing. ]
