How to change, cancel, or return a Strike Shadow order. Because our bikes move through the warehouse quickly, timing matters — please read before you order.
In this policy, "bike" means any Strike Shadow electric bike or e-moto we sell.
We want you on the right bike and happy with it. If something needs to change, reach us as fast as possible — the sooner we hear from you, the more we can do.
Once an order is confirmed, we generally cannot change the items, the payment method, or the shipping or billing address. If something is wrong, contact us straight away (see cancellations below) rather than waiting.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, subject to the terms below.
Email sales@strikeshadowebikes.com as soon as possible with your order number and "CANCEL" in the subject line.
Your cancellation isn't complete until you receive a confirmation from us. If you don't get written confirmation that the order was cancelled, treat the order as still active and subject to the return and restocking terms below.
If you need to cancel after the 24-hour window, contact us and we'll do what we can. For orders that have already shipped, we can attempt to recall the order, or you can refuse the shipment at delivery — but a 25% restocking fee applies, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
These also have a 24-hour cancellation window. Because they ship fast, we generally can't cancel accessory, parts, or merchandise orders after 24 hours.
To cancel a pre-order or back-order, email us at sales@strikeshadowebikes.com and wait for written confirmation.
If you return a bike by recalling it or refusing delivery, the same terms apply: a 25% restocking fee on the bike and non-refundable shipping. Bikes must be unused and in original, resalable condition with all packaging and included parts. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method once the bike is received and inspected.
