Everything about the Strike Shadow lineup, buying from us, shipping, assembly, warranty, and returns — in one place.

Models & specs

What Strike Shadow models do you sell?+

We carry the full Strike Shadow lineup — three voltage platforms built for different riders:

ModelMotorTop speedBattery
Strike Shadow (48V)3000W35 mph48V 23.5Ah
Strike Shadow SX (60V)5000W45 mph60V 27Ah
Strike Shadow SV2 (72V)7000W60 mph72V 25Ah
What's the difference between the 48V, SX 60V, and SV2 72V?+

It comes down to power and top end. The Strike Shadow 48V (3000W, 35 mph) is the entry point — confident power for newer and smaller riders. The Strike Shadow SX 60V (5000W, 45 mph) is the all-round sweet spot most riders land on. The Strike Shadow SV2 72V (7000W, 60 mph) is the flagship, built for experienced riders who want maximum torque and speed.

How fast is each Strike Shadow?+

The Strike Shadow 48V tops out around 35 mph, the Strike Shadow SX 60V around 45 mph, and the Strike Shadow SV2 72V around 60 mph. Actual top speed varies with rider weight, terrain, tire choice, and battery charge.

What's the range on a charge?+

Range depends heavily on rider weight, speed, terrain, and how aggressively you ride. the Strike Shadow 60V delivers roughly 40–52 miles per charge in trail riding.

How long does it take to charge?+

The strike shadow takes approximately 3-4 hours for a full charge. Most riders charge overnight so the bike is ready the next morning.

Which Strike Shadow is right for me or my child?+

Pick based on rider size, experience, and how much speed you want. As a rough guide: the 48V suits younger and first-time riders, the SX 60V is the do-it-all favorite, and the SV2 72V is for confident, experienced riders. Not sure? Email us your rider's age, size, and experience and we'll point you to the right one.

Buying from us

Are you an authorized Strike Shadow dealer?+

Yes. Every bike we sell is a genuine Strike Shadow, covered by the manufacturer's warranty and inspected before it ships. You're not buying a gray-market import or a rebadged copy — and you deal with real people who actually ride these machines.

Are these genuine Strike Shadow bikes?+

They are — authentic Strike Shadow e-motos with genuine parts and full manufacturer warranty backing. As an authorized dealer, we handle warranty support directly so you're never chasing an overseas seller.

How much do they cost?+

Current pricing for each model is on its product page but they cost between $1599 and $2899 for the strike shadow bikes

Do you offer financing?+

Yes — flexible in house financing is available at checkout with a 35-50 percent down payment required, so you can ride now and pay over time.

Shipping & delivery

Do you ship nationwide?+

Yes — we ship across the United States, as well as Canada, Australia, Uk and part of Europe.

How long does shipping take?+

Most in-stock orders ship in a day and arrive in 3–5 days depending on your location. You'll get tracking as soon as your bike leaves us.

What if my bike arrives damaged?+

Inspect your bike on delivery. If you see shipping damage, take photos and email sales@strikeshadowebikes.com right away so we can sort it out quickly. The sooner you tell us, the easier it is to resolve.

Assembly & setup

Do the bikes arrive assembled?+

Your Strike Shadow arrives mostly assembled, inspected, and charged — typically only the front wheel, handlebars, and a few bolts need finishing. However, final assembly and inspection must be done by a professional for your warranty to stay valid (see below).

Do I really need professional assembly?+

Yes — this is required, not optional. Every Strike Shadow e-moto must be assembled and inspected by a certified professional technician for the warranty to be valid. This applies to every purchase, including bikes shipped directly to you.

These bikes use high-voltage battery systems, high-output controllers, and precision torque hardware. Incorrect assembly can cause part failure, electrical faults, or safety hazards — so self-assembly isn't permitted unless you're a qualified professional.

Who can professionally assemble my bike?+

Any of the following qualifies: a licensed motorcycle technician, a certified e-moto or powersports mechanic, an authorized Strike Shadow / Throne / Strike dealer or service center, or a reputable bike shop with mechanics trained in e-moto systems.

What assembly proof do I need to keep?+

Keep a dated assembly invoice, a technician's work order, or a dealer build sheet confirming proper setup and inspection. You'll need it if you ever make a warranty claim — without it, the warranty can be voided.

Warranty

What's covered, and for how long?+

Coverage runs from your purchase date and protects against manufacturing defects:

ComponentCoverage
Frame & chassis1 year
Battery, motor, controller, charger12 months
Display & wiring harness90 days
Suspension, brakes, tires90 days
Paint, finish & decals90 days

Full details are on our Warranty page.

What's not covered by the warranty?+

Normal wear and tear (tires, tubes, brake pads, grips, chain, bearings), improper assembly or maintenance, non-approved modifications, accidents, misuse, jumping, stunts, racing, water damage to electronics, commercial or rental use, and cosmetic blemishes after delivery. In short: it covers manufacturing defects, not wear or misuse.

How do I make a warranty claim?+

Email sales@strikeshadowebikes.com with your proof of purchase, the bike's serial number, clear photos of the issue, and your proof of professional assembly. We'll handle the claim with the manufacturer from there. See the Warranty page for the full process.

Returns & cancellations

Can I cancel my order?+

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. Email sales@strikeshadowebikes.com as soon as possible with your order number, and wait for our written confirmation — your cancellation isn't complete until you receive it. Orders process quickly, so contact us immediately.

What's your return policy?+

If an order has already shipped, you can recall it or refuse delivery, but a 25% restocking fee applies and shipping costs are non-refundable. Bikes must be unused and in original, resalable condition. Full terms are on our Returns & Cancellations page.

What about a defect rather than a change of mind?+

That's handled as a warranty claim, not a return — see Warranty. If you're unsure which applies, just email us and we'll guide you.

Riding, safety & legal

Are Strike Shadow bikes street legal?+

No. Strike Shadow e-motos are built for off-road and private property use only. They are not street-legal and aren't designed for public roads, streets, or highways, or for areas requiring registration. Rules vary by location, so always check your local regulations — riding in violation of them can also void warranty coverage.

What age and experience is each model for?+

As a general guide, the 48V suits younger and beginner riders, the SX 60V fits intermediate riders, and the SV2 72V is for experienced riders. Always match the bike to the rider's size, skill, and confidence rather than just age.

What safety gear should I wear?+

At minimum, a properly fitted helmet, plus gloves, sturdy footwear, and eye protection. Body armor, knee and elbow guards are strongly recommended, especially for younger or newer riders and anything beyond gentle trail use.

Parts & support

Can I get replacement parts later?+

Yes. We keep genuine Strike Shadow parts — sprockets, chains, controllers, and wiring harnesses — available, so you're not stuck when something needs replacing down the road.

How do I get in touch?+

Email us any time at sales@strikeshadowebikes.com — a real person answers, usually the same business day.

Still have a question?

If we didn't cover it here, just ask. We'd rather you reach out than guess on a real bike.
